Let's encourage the child, sitting on a chair or on the floor, pick up the handkerchief lying on the floor with the toes of the right foot and put it on the left side, then he lifted his left foot with a handkerchief and moved it to the right side. We repeat the exercise four times.

We give a toy – doll or teddy bear - holding it at this height, so that the child, reaching for it, has to stand on his toes and stretch both hands up as high as possible. Let's encourage, to take a deep breath, and then lowered the given toy down while making a deep exhalation. We repeat this operation four times.

The child lies on the floor (preferably on a rug or blanket) on the back, arms extended along the body. He turns his head to the right and tries to touch his chin to his shoulder, then he turns his head to the left and tries to touch his shoulder again. We repeat the exercise four times.

Lying on the floor, as in the previous exercise, the child bows his head trying to touch his shoulder once, and once with the other ear.

The child stands erect, arms outstretched to the side, rotates the arms backwards, making small arcs first, then more extensive: four "small windmills” and four "large windmills”, then we repeat alternating small and large rotations again.

The child lies on the floor on his stomach, he holds a doll or a teddy bear in his outstretched arms and tries to lift the toy as high as possible. We repeat the exercise four times.

The child is lying on the floor on his back, arms extended along the body, raises straightened legs to a height of approx 20 cm above the ground and performs the so-called scissors with them.

The child lies on the floor on his back, arms extended along the body. Without supporting himself with his hands, he tries to go to a flat sitting position. In this exercise, he should be helped by holding his feet, so that they do not leave the ground.

We practice a few jumps in the place of both feet with tight legs and hands adjacent to the body. We are reminding, that you should jump on your toes – like a ball. Just execute 8 jumping.

The child stands erect, arms extended along the body. He jumps to his feet and at the same time extends his arms to the side, then jumps back to stance, while lowering his hands down. These changes happen quickly one after the other – baby jumps like a jumping jack. We stop the exercise after 6-8 podskokach.
