When the child stays at home.
Not all children start a pre-school career after the age of three or four. Many are still brought up at home under the care of their grandmother, we have less often, an aunt or nanny and only at the age of six, one year before starting school, crosses the threshold of kindergarten. These facilities work according to a fixed program. Their task is not only to provide care for children while their parents work, but also preparation for taking up the responsibilities of learning. The preschooler participates in many interesting activities, educating, activities that stimulate his development, conducted by qualified teachers. Therefore, it is very unfavorable to deprive the child of contact with this facility.
Parents, whose children do not attend kindergarten for various reasons, they should take care of it, to create the right conditions for a variety of activities, encourage them to do so, teach, how to perform the various activities, and moreover, which is especially important, keep in touch with peers. Even a child with siblings. Playing with a sister or brother is different, with whom he lives constantly, every day, than with a friend, who only visits from time to time, differently with an older child, than with an equal. A small child most willingly played alone or in the company of an adult, a four-year-old already feels the need for constant contact with peers, having fun with them.
When our little one will be visited by a few little guests – because a preschool child growing up at home wants not only to play with one and the same friend all the time, but also wants to be in a larger group of peers from time to time – then you can suggest a circle game, pageants, etc. Children generally like this kind of fun, teaching cooperation, developing coordination of movements, orientation in space. Such team activities are especially needed for a child growing up alone.
Preschool child spontaneously, without adult encouragement, plays role-play, themed games, while for other types of activity it is sometimes worth inspiring them, preferably by creating situations that trigger a specific type of activity. In kindergarten, children are outside every day, in the garden equipped with devices that encourage you to exercise your own fitness. An example of running peers, chasing each other, playing ball, rolling hoop encourages movement. The preschooler also participates in various movement games organized by the teacher and in rhythmic exercises performed to music. At home, this type of activity is often not given enough attention. And children brought up in urban conditions have too few opportunities for free movement in the air, which stimulates their motor development. This is often the cause of certain abnormalities in the structure of the skeletal system, which occur already at school age: spinal deformities, flat feet etc. This can be prevented by participating in various physical games, stimulating both physical development, as well as psychic, and the formation of correct posture.
An interesting experiment has been conducted in Czechoslovakia since the mid-1960s. Children starting from the age of two participate together with their parents in gymnastic exercises conducted by PE instructors. The results of the experiment were highly appreciated by Czech scientists. Regular practice of gymnastic exercises with the participation and help of parents not only increases the physical fitness of children, but also has a significant impact on the formation of personality. It develops such character traits as courage, independence, good concentration of attention, quick reflexes, perseverance in overcoming obstacles. The constant readiness of the parents to come to the rescue during the exercises helps to strengthen family ties, partner manufacturing, based on mutual understanding, relations between parents and children.
So it's worth encouraging your child to do a few easy deep learning exercises every day, even breathing, shaping the correct posture, preventing flat feet. If we propose them in a playful form and we will perform them together, the child will be happy to repeat them, because at this age imitating the behavior and activities of an adult gives real pleasure.
already three-, a four-year-old child can get used to daily morning gymnastics exercises. That they would gladly do it, it's good to practice with him. It is also important, make exercise fun. Encourage the child, before she gets dressed, walked barefoot around the room, tiptoed four steps – like a sparrow, four steps on the heels – like a bear cub and four steps on the outer edges of the feet – like a duckling. This is an excellent exercise to strengthen the foot bindings and prevent flat feet.
