Movement activities outside the home

Movement activities outside the home.

New housing estates are generally equipped with better or worse devices for children's play. We will gradually teach and get the child used to using the slides and the interlacing, dragonflies and swings, drawing boards. Games in neighborhood children's gardens also have this advantage, that you can always meet friends of the same age there. We will accompany the three-year-old in games, teach, that you have to wait calmly and patiently, until there is room on the swing or slide, and don't push yourself in front of others, claim priority by crying or shouting. A slightly older child, able to use the play equipment correctly, let's try to leave it alone for a while, so that it doesn't feel our caring gaze all the time, coped with being left among a group of peers.

Movement games require appropriate accessories, become more interesting and attractive, when the child has the reins at his disposal, which he can play with his friend, colorful, merrily whirring windmill, hoop, which needs to be pushed neatly, to run evenly and far away.

Three- and four-year-olds should also be encouraged to play with a ball. He can't play it with others yet, because he is just learning the difficult art of throwing and catching. So he prefers to play alone. You can also sew a small bag and fill it with peas, is much more obedient than the ball, easier to throw, aim and catch.

Riding a scooter or a small bike makes a lot of fun. It is worth paying attention when riding a scooter, so that the child bounces off the ground alternately with the right and left foot. Constantly bouncing with the same leg can cause curvature of the spine.

It is also attractive to be in the park. But when going for a walk, don't forget to remind your child, to bring their favorite toys: reins or ball, a monkey, teddy bear or dog. Children generally don't like going for walks. Uniform movement, constantly following an adult tire and tire them. Therefore, it is worth diversifying the monotonous road with various games. If, for example, we pass by a low wall, we can encourage the child, to try to walk over it. We will also teach, that you have to jump on your toes, not all feet. Let him climb some stairs as well, and then so fast, as much as he can, will come off them, let him try to jump over the paving slabs.

There is always something noteworthy along the way. So let's show the child, zainteresujmy is, get used to watching it, what he passes by, find interesting things everywhere. This valuable skill will come in handy. In the park, for example, let's draw the child's attention to greenery, flowers on the lawns, squirrels running down the alleys, birds. And then we can encourage them to play: ball, a bean bag or a scooter. Staying outdoors is conducive to movement games, so it is worth encouraging the child to them. Let him try to run, jump, throw to the target. Movement games not only improve physical fitness, but also excellently practice perceptiveness and reflexes, they teach you to make quick decisions, in one word, they develop comprehensively.

If we go to the park with two children, the same games will become more attractive to them. But let's remember, that children of this age are not yet able to compete with each other, compare your results with those of your colleague. So let's not introduce these elements into the game.
